Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstance.
If you have registered for a workshop and can no longer make it you will be given a credit to another workshop at a later date, or you can have a friend or family member take your spot. If either these options do not work for you then you may choose to have your materials as a DIY kit at home. This includes workshops that are cancelled for any reason.
If a workshop of any sort is cancelled you will be give the option of a refund.
IF a refund for any product or workshop is refunded it will be minus 4% due to handling fees. Under no circumstance will this change.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is requested on a custom item, only a 50% refund is offered due to my time already spent on your design and work. Please note this only applies to certain items, any permanent ink transfer item is final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace any vinyl lettering that may become damaged within 30 days, providing they have been cared for properly (no dishwasher, no microwave, no hot water or soaking of items).
We use permanent, outdoor strength adhesive vinyl, guaranteed for 6 years, when cared for properly there should be no issues.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if required for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
